As a Utah Wedding Photographer, I travel to different locations based on the personalities and visions of our couples. Sometimes, locations are outside of Utah. I was so excited when Cassie and Michael reached out and told us they wanted their first look session to be at Grand Teton National Park. Talk about a dream location!? Count me in! The late October weather was chilly, but this bride was a trooper in her dress and heels. Mother Nature pulled all the stops for this shoot. The rain and snow held up for the duration of the shoot and the fog across the top of the Tetons were magical.

Michael’s reaction to seeing Cassie for the first time in her wedding dress is my favorite. It’s easy to see the fun-loving chemistry they have together from these priceless images. Honestly, I just couldn’t get over her dress from Pritchett Bridal in Utah. Cassie’s modern bouquet is from Poppy Ray Floral. Not every Utah Photographer is so lucky with these vendors! It photographed beautifully against the pine trees and mountains of Grand Teton National Park.

Ultimately, when you want a destination first look, we will do a destination first look! If you ask me what your Utah Wedding Photographer should prioritize, I’d include traveling for your wedding vision. At Celeste Nield Photo, we take your dreams seriously and handle them with care. We’re so glad to be Cassie and Michael’s Utah Wedding Photographer.
